Master Precision Rifle

This course is for the experienced marksman looking to advance their skills and test their limits. Extreme precision, speed, and cognitive processing are emphasized throughout this course in addition to advanced ballistics and long-range precision shooting. The marksman will be required to complete a challenging practical exercise at the end of the course to achieve Two Seven Tactical’s certificate of completion. This is a challenging course that is designed to expose and resolve any deficiencies in our students. Hunters, recreational long-range shooters, law enforcement snipers, and competition shooters will all benefit from this course.  

Completion of Intermediate Precision Rifle is required. Exceptions to this will be made on a case-by-case basis. 

Requirements: A precision weapon system capable of shooting out to 800 yards with 1 minute of angle accuracy. All students must be in good physical health and capable of running and performing a variety of physical tasks associated with the curriculum. 

What to Bring:

  • Safe, functional bolt action or semi-automatic rifle equipped with a magnified optic. (Rifle MUST be capable of at least 1 MOA accuracy)

  • 200 rounds of match grade ammunition (handloads strongly discouraged)

  • Sling capable of positional shooting

  • Positional support bags

  • A bipod is required, a tripod should be brought if available

  • At least one extra magazine

  • If possible, a magazine pouch that can be worn outside the waistband

  • Appropriate eye protection

  • Appropriate hearing protection

  • Appropriate attire for shooting outside

  • Appropriate footwear for a gravel range

  • Note pad and pen to take notes (hand-outs will be provided)

  • Any weather meters, ballistic calculators, or range finders are encouraged.

  • All tools and cleaning equipment for your rifle.
